XPS heat insulation plate extrusion line consists of following main parts: mixing unit、extrusion part、downstream、pelletizing unit、foaming agent injection system、static mixer. XPS heat insulation plate extrusion line has two types of extruder configuration, one is by a 135 single screw extruder and a 150 single screw extruder in series, and the other kind is by a 65 co-rotation parallel twin-screw extruder and a 150 co-rotation parallel twinscrew extruder. Because of excellent mixing efficiency, co-rotation twin-screw extruder can not only process the formula which is composed by different ingredients, but also make use of environmental foaming agent ,such as CO2 to be possible.
