XPS heat insulation plate extrusion line consists of following main parts: mixing unit、extrusion part、downstream、pelletizing unit、foaming agent injection system、static mixer. The features of this line are excellent specification、reasonable design、high output capacity、low energy consumption and stable system.
XPS heat insulation plate extrusion line has two types of extruder configuration, one is by a 135 single screw extruder and a 150 single screw extruder in series, and the other kind is by a 65 co-rotation parallel twin-screw extruder and a 150 co-rotation parallel twinscrew extruder. Because of excellent mixing efficiency, co-rotation twin-screw extruder can not only process the formula which is composed by different ingredients, but also make use of environmental foaming agent ,such as CO2 to be possible.
