We received our Tunisia customer's mail on July 27,2010.They are interested in sorting belt conveyor,feeding belt conveyor and blade sharpener for PET bottles recycling.

1.Sorting belt conveyor:used for conveying raw material and sorting different material out.The width of belt conveyor is 800mm,its length is 8,000mm.The material of belt is PVC. The height of conveyor can be adjusted(800-1000mm).

    2.Feeding belt conveyor:used for conveying raw material to crusher.The width of belt conveyor is 600mm,its length is 4,500mm.The material of belt is PVC. The height of conveyor can be adjusted.There is anti-sliding partition bar and shift truckle,as well as hopper.

3.Blade sharpener:used for sharpening blade of crusher.

All these equipments are for PET bottles or other material recycling.Its processing is sorting(sorting belt conveyor),conveyor(feeding belt conveyor),crusher(make big raw material to be small flakes).

There are other competitors during this period,Some of them are not manufacturer,and know little about conveyor and blade sharpener.So their details are little and offer are not suitable.Actually we are manufacturer of complete PET bottle recycling line,so we know the best design of every part,including conveyer and blade sharpener.

The conveyors and blade sharpener has been exported on Oct 19,2011.However there is damage during shipping,We deliver this spare parts to our customer whith 3 days,So that they can use it quickly.

Now all of them worked well,Our customer plan to enlarge their factory and capacity.They will imported a big crusher(about 900kg/h) this year from us.
