On May 26,He sent me a picture.I found it is PC series Crusher.I asked some information about raw material and capacity

I prepared details of PC800 crusher,which is suitable of his request.As PC Crusher has big inlet,such design is good for big size material.As well as the blades,they are different from SWP crusher.The blades of PC crusher are the type of pieces.The conacting part with material is much larger than SWP crusher.so thery are more durable.Gernerally,the blades of PC crusher can be used about 1-2 years,and SWP crusher is usually 3-6months.We also equipped with fan and silo to make our customer more convenient to collect finished PVC flakes.And he also changed SJZ65 and 80 conical twin screw extruder to SJZ55 conical twin screw extruder,as he wanted to produce small PVC profiles.
He has visited another factory which brought our machines and worked well in Russia.so he sent me contract several days later after I quoted.
By some modification about contract,we finally finished it on June 15 and paid deposit on June 18.
On July 15,the PC800 crusher and SJZ55/110 conical twin screw extruder has been tested in our factory and sent pictures&video to him.He is satified with them.Now I am preparing delivery.
