We received our Australia customer's mail on June 15,2010.They are manufacturer of plastic extrusion moulders and interested in dual winders(double coils).

Their requests are as follows for dual winders(double coils) :

   1.Raw material:plastic strips(6-11mm)

   2.Type:2 coils/winders

   3.Speed:20m/min(can be adjustable)

   4.Need to mount cardboard spools on to machine mandrel.The size of the cardboard spools is 400mm diameter x 280mm wide x 30mm centre hole.

   5.Can control the tension when coiling automatically

As his requests are special,Our normal dual winders(double coils) will be not suitable of his requirements.Our engineer draw a picture of dual winders(double coils) for him.Marked the pins for cardboard spool,tension controlling device for controlling tension and change speed automatically.He is very satisfied with it.Then order it at once.

Dual winders(double coils) was delivered on Sep 13.Until now it worked well.
