It was on March 24st ,wendesday,2010, I received an inquiry about the Plastic Pulverizer from Panama.I checked this inquiry carefully and found his request as follows :
1.The material is LLDPE.
2.The LLDPE Powder finished must be of 35 mesh size (500 microns) and the output must be 80 kgs/hr.
3.We also need a vibrating machine which will allow us to separate oversizes for regrinding.
4.Blades from Pulverizer must be sufficient quality that they will be sharpened only every 6 months or longer
5.Pulverizing Machine must allow for 24 hour operation 6 days a week if required.
Our previous Pulverizers were uaually used for PP,PE,PVC.And I learned that LLDPE was difficulty to deal with for higher tear resistant than PE and other plastic material. Immediately,I handed in the request to our manager and engineer for further research.they payed much attention on this client. Aafter a short discussion,thay decided to make a experiment depending on client’s request.
The experiment was very successful ,our pulverizer was surely able to meet client’s request on capacity(80 kgs/hr)and the size(500 microns). Therefore, I called my client to inform the good news directly ,and he was very happy. In short time ,he payed the down-payment to order this Pulverizer.
Four months passed .Now , the pulverizwer is still running very well.
