Performance and Characteristics
1. Dual-motor gluing and laminating, dual-imported variable frequency synchronous
con-trol of motor speed have changed the previous shaft transmission mechanism,
stable material moving, up to synchronous linear speed, assuring constant tensile modulus.
2. The heating of the bridge double drying tunnel increases the humidity so as to make the
laminating speed even higher.
3. Both gluing and laminating adopt the imported pneumatic element for pneumatic roller.
4. Two gluing methods - scraping-knife type or extruding type can be selected at
will according to different technologies.
5. Magnetic powder tension control of rolling and releasing.
6. Silver lock temperature control system will control the temperature at the best state.
